Got notice today that my rent for my unit will be going up next month. Veronica was able to get me situated into a different unit today to avoid the upcharge on my current unit. She was easy to work with and we were able to get it handled very quickly. I would give one rating to Veronica and one to Extra Space Storage but I am unable to do that. For anyone looking to rent a unit here beware of Extra Space Storage raising your rent to squeeze money out of you.
