Everyone there is so polite when I call, especially Kirk. He always goes above and beyond to help me with any questions and/ or concerns I may have as well as notifying me with any information I may need to know. He is a true gentleman. He is very polite and considerate and is a huge reason why I’m still with Extra Space Storage!!
