I rented from Extra Space Storage in El Dorado Hills over a year ago. My introductory price was very reasonable. The unit is an indoor climate controlled unit. It is very clean and we have easy, convenient access to it. Since obtaining it, I have had two price increases which I haven’t been pleased with. I have called and was able to renegotiate the monthly fee each time to make the increase less than what was quoted in the mailer I received. This last time I dealt with Tara and she was extremely kind and efficient. I had a response within an hour of my request. Her service was five stars - the reason I gave four stars was due to the fact that ESS keeps increasing their prices.
