I had a fantastic experience today thanks to James. I showed up at my storage unit after realizing I couldn’t find the keys to my lock. I was expecting a stressful and expensive situation, but James immediately stepped in to help. He explained that he could drill out the lock and get me set up with a replacement. After taking care of everything quickly and professionally, he went above and beyond and actually comped the replacement lock, saving me money and turning what could have been a frustrating day into a great customer service experience. James was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping me out. It’s rare to find someone who takes that level of pride in their work and treats customers so well. If management sees this, James deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides. Employees like him are the reason customers stay loyal. Thank you again, James!

Move my stuff in, and a few months later raise my storage rental an additional $100 a month. Complete BS. I will vote with my wallet and be moving my items out. Unacceptable.
