We had such a great experience with this storage company! The gentleman name Marcos helped us was incredibly kind, patient, and very informative throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and understood everything. Marcos was super helpful! He showed me to my unit, made sure I knew how to lock it using the key lock he provided, and even cleaned the unit before I moved my belongings in. It was a really welcoming experience.
