I’ve had a storage unit at this Los Angeles location for over four years, and I can confidently say it’s been an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. A special thank you to the manager, Erisela, who truly goes above and beyond. Her consideration, knowledge, and genuine friendliness make a huge difference. She consistently provided real, human service—always taking the time to listen and help find solutions whenever I had a question or concern. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and thoughtful in customer service. Even through staff changes over the years, the current team has continued that same level of support and professionalism, which speaks volumes about how this location is run. Out of all my experiences with storage, this has by far been the best. I’m very grateful to Erisela and the entire team for making something that could be stressful feel easy and well-managed. Highly recommend!
