I've had nothing but good experiences doing business here. I like the safe location here in my favorite community, Irvine; just a block from Jamboree and less than a block from my Post Office. The 2 person crew that I've met are both pleasant people. Tyler is a well mannered young man, and Shayla is as pleasant as the day is long. They both are kind, patient, know their business and are willing and ready to help in any way. The one restroom in the building is typically quite clean and stocked. This is the only facility that I have done my storage business in that, knock on wood, the elevators have all always worked. It's almost never crowded here, and I can't remember if or when I've ever had a problem having use of one of the many carts on site. The price is well worth it to me and my budget. I certainly recommend this business and have confidence that you will as well. Roger V.

Rented here for a few months. Always had nice and prompt service from the staff whenever I had any issues. The units are nice, lit (rare for a storage unit), clean, and priced at or below competitors that are not nearly as nice. I’ve rented at Public Space, AAA Self Storage, and other ESS units all over Orange County for years. This has been my favorite place to rent so far.
