Shayla went out of her way to help me and my family. I had just gotten out of the hospital and she assisted my brother with my unit. I don't think too many people would have done that. Thanks Shayla!!

Bummed with them the 2nd time around. I stored at this specific location for 8 months before, paid a fair price, and never had my unit price increased. This 2nd time around has been like a bidenomics disaster. First I came in person to finalize my agreement since the manager on the phone was clearly upset with the new system they converted to. The day I went to move my stuff in my gate code didn’t work and the office staff said i cancelled the unit the day after (after paying $192 with the startup fees on top of $122/month, but why would I cancel?!) They luckily gave me the same unit # but the price jumped because of ‘market value’ and I had to pay the start up fees AGAIN and there was no record I just paid the $192. You would think they could honor the price I came in since it was their system or ppl who messed up. Another manager said she’d partner with corp on the issue, but never heard back from her. I left VM’s and emailed with no resolve over a month, and finally got it escalated to get my initial $192 back. The icing on the cake is I’ve had my stuff stored for 3 months now and just got a notice the price jumped to $254 now. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT store with big chains, look for a smaller company that doesn’t use the rapey price tactics of “revenue management” Lastly, when the new manager Tyler arrived he accommodated, I appreciate the effort. Seems when he got there my price only raised 1 more time, and my move out went smoothly. My 1st rating was 5 stars, the beginning of my 2nd stay would be 1 star, and since Tyler arrived I’ll land at 3 stars.

Tyler was exceptional! He made the whole experience of signing up easy and comfortable. The building was clean and easily accessible.
