Kyle, who is the Manager at the La Quinta location is the BEST Manager I have ever worked with. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I've rented on and off at this location and recently downsized. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to change my plans multiple times. I originally spoke with another employee (Kyle was off that day) and I was NOT happy with his pricing or reasoning to recharge me certain fees when I was seeking to move out of a larger unit to a smaller unit since I had already removed/sold quite a bit of the items in this larger unit and no longer needed so much space. I ended up calling the 800 number and spoke with "Ben" who assured me they would waive all of the "new" unit charges and I rented the unit online instead of thru the employee at the La Quinta office. I moved everything to the smaller unit over the next 2 days and was completely out the due date of my larger unit so as told by the 800 number agent, Ben, I had the entire day to remove my items without being charged. I was done by 10 AM. Excessive rain in California has changed a lot of peoples plans this last month so Companies need to be a little understanding. Kyle was there when I went in to the office on 3/20/23 and I confirmed the terms discussed with Ben and he said "you know I'll always take care of you" to which I replied, "absolutely." My alternative plan was to move my items to another location but he made it easy yet again. He is fair and understanding that in this "post-COVID" world...things just don't seem to work as smoothly as they used to. Thank you Ben and Kyle for your extra special care and understanding. Your excellent customer service is needed at many companies these days. Cheers!!!
