Taking on a move across country is always stressful. However Blanca and the team at Extra Space storage have been great. They have been in contact with us and making sure we get a good unit that is going to fit our needs. This helps knowing that when we arrive in Palm Springs we will have a unit to help with storage as we get settled.

Very professional, very helpful.blanca was amazing. She has amazing customer service skills and knew exactly what I needed. She was patient And attention to detail was on point. Loved everything from my interaction with her to the location and unit she put me in. Insurance was a bonus and she made the process seem so easy.
