I have used this Extra Space Storage now a couple of times over a span of 12 years. There customer service is great and everyone that I have spoken to is very kind and helpful! The grounds and units are very clean and well maintained. Of course one of the main reasons that I would recommend this storage facility is the security. I feel that my belongings are safe there!

To say I was happy with my experience would be an understatement. Byron really explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable through this experience. The customer service here was top notch. Byron thank you for everything you are a great employee and they are lucky to have you! Juan was also a great help and it was awesome seeing him go around and make sure everyones locker was secured and locked. Also seeing Byron sweep and clean to make sure the facility is in top notch shape. I will be a long time customer here and I cant say thank you enough to Byron and Juan!

I would like to review my experience with Extra Space Storage in LaVerne/San Dimas I have been client over a year. I just met Eva who is new there and would like to congratulate her on landing a job with such a professional organization which i have had only excellent experiences with all the staff there during all my dealings. She is an excellent choice for your location, or any would be lucky to have her there. I am going through an emotional time and she was extra sensitive to my situation and had great words of encouragement and what my best choices would be with my stay at Extra Space. Good hire and congrats to both parties!!

Excellent storage facility, it was clean and felt safe even if you're by yourself. Also, excellent is their customer service...friendly and knowledgeable staff especially Carol. She helped me decided the appropriate size for my needs without any pressure. She has good vibes too. Haha. If you're local and need extra space...this is the one for you!
