What a great experience. I'm out of town looking for a storage unit to rent. Both the phone service and the store manager ( Jasmine) were kind and professional and answered all my questions in a friendly manner.

Had my stuff here for about 3 years. Convenient access. No issues with that. Autopsy good. Small rate increas during my stay. Biggest concern is rats. They are in the units despite the outdoor rat traps. When I moved out the rats had destroyed the stuff in in some antique chairs and there were droppings all over my storage containers. Be aware of this before storing items that aren’t in sealed plastic or containers
