boosting. a seniir disabled veteran. Ive downsized to a smaller unit. And having trouble with the staff about a mattress and boxspring im trying to remove. I am surprised there is no dumpster available...tho I get it. Ive informed the reps [Br & Krtn] that I'm returning to remove these items. They threatening to charge me two hundred dollars ...tho I've removed from the locker and safely stowed outside of away from elevator exit. If any body needs...they r in good shape. If any body can help...good grief ?? Until now staff has been friendly and professional while I was paying ....still paying but they got nasty.
