been storing at this place for my last two moves and have been greeted by the workers every time i’m here. i’ve generally had a really good experience. and i’ve even come with my little pomeranian and the workers have seen him many times. unfortunately some new hire came up to me randomly and told me no dogs were allowed. if that’s true, i wish all the workers were trained on the same rules ‘cause it seems like they pick and choose when to enforce the rules and with whom. there is another review here that says that one of the workers even gave water to another dog so clearly this isn’t the first time a dog has been on this premise. luckily i was already moving out of my unit and it will definitely be the last time i use their services after this new hire humiliated us by kicking my dog & me out even though i had a bit of furniture left. horrible move-out experience & i will make sure i never do business with this particular location again.
