If you're not from LA and are simply booking this location on price like I did, BOOK ELSEWHERE! This location is in the middle of a ROUGH neighborhood. I asked the employee what the deal was with all the interesting-looking characters standing next to the front entrance, and he said something to the effect of, "they don't bother anybody." BUT... BEWARE! The customers will bother you! I visited this location three times, twice at night and once during the day. During my daytime visit I was asked by THREE different people to put my code in to let them enter or exit the building. IT'S THAT KIND OF PLACE. PLUS, the elevator was not working when I put my stuff in, or when I took my stuff out the next day. I was booked for the 4th floor and was given the 5th floor WITHOUT A WORKING ELEVATOR! They were also out of the locks that are given with the promotion so I had to wait for an employee to walk up to the 5th floor with me every time I went. ALSO, if the elevator isn't working you have to take the stairs and the only stairway they let you use has residential doorway widths (your bathroom or bedroom door's width) on the upper floors. This is important; if you're trying to get a couch that fit through you're home's front door (your front door is wider than the doors to your bedroom or bathroom), it won't fit through the stairway to the upper floors because the doorways at the top of each set of stairs above the first floor are the width of your bathroom or bedroom door, and narrower than your front door. And there are only two parking spaces and a handicap space besides the dock. This place sucks, and I moved my stuff from here into an Extra Space unit in Marina Del Rey and it was the exact opposite experience, so it is just this location. I hope you have a better experience here than I did.
