I had such an amazing experience with Extra Storage on Slauson & Western with Ray. She had the BEST customer service which is hard to find nowadays. She took her time and did exactly what she said she was going to do. I wish it was more people as soft and friendly as she was in this world. Thank you Ray for being so kind ?? Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. The place is very clean and smells clean. Max was always very helpful over the phone and in person, in regards to any questions or concerns. Would definitely use this facility again if needed.

I have went to actually move out of my storage space but after talking with the employee/store manager he had gave me a much better option which made me stay I really do like my storage I've been here for 2 years. And his customer service was just so excellent and very detailed. I really appreciate him. He's a five-star employee
