I will never recommend this place. I had a bad experience today since I was going through the back with my U-Haul. I had trouble getting in side of the gate. This girl wanted me to go back so she can come out. She just couldn’t wait for me to get in after I had a hard time getting thru the little alley then I moved to the front a little and she was so mad. I don’t know what her name was. But she was black. also I had heavy stuff in the truck and the elevator wasn’t working I didn’t know how to get in my storage space so I went all around the next street were the office is and it was closed. No body was there. I called to see if someone could help me. Finally I knew what was the number of the little room. With my husband and family was taking stuff to the second floor thru the stairs. I was running late already to go work this girl comes again and said with bad attitude that we had to closed the door every time we go in and out having a hard time we told her how was that possible if we were 5 people going in and out. She closed the door in front of me when I was trying to get in side. My husband got mad and said to cancel the service she said is ok no problem but she got so happy to hear that obviously making fun of us. Honestly people like this shouldn’t be working of course my husband and I got so mad after all this. Never had an experience like this before.
