Neta/Neda, I'm so sorry I forgot her name by the time I got around to writing a review. But she was the best at helping me find the perfect storage unit that suits my needs and budget. She walked me through and let me test out how covenant the unit is for me. We eventually found one on the ground floor because the elevator is BROKEN. SO NOT COOL :/ Maybe there is a elevator repair person shortage because it might be fixed in 3 months. Anyways, Neta was great!

Just Became A Customer 14 Days Ago @ This Location... I Will Say The Place Inside Is Well Keep Up & Clean And Manger/Stuff Queen Is On It .. BUT This Is Week Pushing 3 and Some Days No Freight Elevator For This Older Only Stackable Building... And Seems No Rush To Get It Done By Anyone From Your COMPANY @ ALL...???????

Nita was a kind and compassionate associate. Not only was she knowledgeable and well vesed with times, dates, prices and availability but she asked all the right questions to move the process right along. She went as far as to accommodate an elderly cuatomer as they were not versed with Apps and e-mail. Even though availability was an issue, she quickly found an alternative by secring our needs in a different location only a few blocks way. We Javier there and lit it up with good service as well. The POS system was totally glitching and would not release our order from a 'Reserved to a "Paid" status. It was worked on and the situation was eventually resolved.
