Khail was exceptional and very professional. He took care of me in a matter of minutes. My issue was resolved with No problems. You should make him as manager because the current manager doesn’t do shit. The five star rating is for KHAIL not ExtraSpace storage. The elevator doesn’t even work. That is so unacceptable and they only have movers on Saturday. So if you’re waiting to move your stuff, please wait until Saturday so the movers can help you move up and downstairs so that you don’t have to worry about walking all your items up several flights of stairs. Update: I went back to the storage today and was assisted by Naomi and Nita, they were so helpful, detail oriented, and prompt when resolving my issue.
