I recently stopped by Extra Space Storage in glassell park because I was looking into getting a storage unit, and i was attended by a an employee named ricardo! I had such a great experience that I wanted to leave a review. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was beyond great The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different storage unit sizes and options available, and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel rushed or pressured\. What stood out to me the most was how helpful and attentive they were They genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the right storage option for my needs rather than just trying to make a sale. The entire process was easy and stress\-free, and the facility itself looked clean, organized, and well maintained Great customer service can be hard to come by these days, so I really appreciated how I was treated here. Even though I initially just stopped by to look into my options, the experience definitely made Extra Space Storage stand out to me. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit and excellent customer service. Definitely a 5 star experience!
