Staff member wasn’t helpful. He left the office and when I called him he asked me weird question instead of coming back to open the office and consult me about my questions.

In the midst of planning a cross country move I found myself needing short term storage and picked this place based on location alone. When I went to finalize the deal and get squared away with an actual unit I met Jasmine who is a consummate professional and incredibly kind.
