Edit 9/04/26: My rent just got hiked to a little under market rate. This is less than ideal but still very competitive. I had a very stable rate for approximately 23 months total. Would still recommend but access hours are whack. Original: I have been here since November 2024. This facility is fantastic, Shanee is amazing, disruptions are minimal, and my price has remained constant. The pros speak for themselves. The only downside to storing here is access hours and I don't come as often as I'd like because of it. IMO, they close early. Sundays, even earlier. My most minor complaint besides everything else being pretty much flawless. If you are locked out or dealing with inconveniences surrounding your unit, you are in great company because they are prompt and attentive and they answer the phone. They are communicative. I am very happy to store here for as long as I live in LA. I have mostly stored personal stuff but I think I'm repurposing this unit towards the end of the year. I have plenty of space and there's probably a ~10ft ceiling in my unit. I can fit two five-tier plastic racks to organize everything and have enough room leftover in the back for a bike or whatever else. And I can pass, too. That's enough. I have a 5x5 unit, for reference. $80 a month. You are missing out. But please, extended access hours.
