Cleber Santos is one of the kindest, most professional, and savvy employees I’ve ever met. He has an amazing heart for service and he knows his stuff. There are very few parking spots—literally only 5 or 6. The hallways are so narrow that two people can’t pass each other. There’s only one elevator, and access to it is often blocked by parked cars. This storage facility is located under a bridge.
