Fantastic sign up experience, very helpful rep from the venice location went through the process with me over the phone and found exactly the type of space I’ve been looking for Then I was transferred over to this branch and Ben confirmed everything for me and answered any further questions I had Very lovely and competent staff, very smooth process, good rates and new building ??

This location is extremely clean! I called a few days ago inquiring about rates and availability and Ben gave me a lot of information over the phone and offered options that would best fit my situation. Upon arrival, Ben and Troy gave me a tour of the facility, went over the rules, and got me signed up and going extremely quickly. Whenever I come in Ben, Troy, and Antonio are always extremely welcoming and hospitable. I’m so happy I chose this extra space storage facility vs. other locations / other non affiliated storage facilities. Between the price, the amazing staff, and cleanliness I am more than satisfied. Troy and Ben were amazing. My partner and I got a slight tour of the place and were satisfied. We ended up getting a pretty spacious 10x10. Access to the building during normal business hours is smooth . The app is extremely easy to use and helpful. It is also the way you can gain access to the property. I would definitely recommend to family & friends. The entire process was simple no hassle straight to the point. Amazing experience!
