This storage has been really convenient for me location-wise, and overall I’ve had a positive experience here. Ben is honestly the best part — super helpful, responsive, and always willing to assist with anything. Huge thanks to him for the excellent customer service. I do wish the app worked more smoothly because it glitches pretty often, and the Wi-Fi could definitely be better too. Extending the hours until 10 PM would also make a huge difference. Still, I’m happy with the storage overall and would recommend it.

I revisited your Venice facility for the first time since 2023 and had the pleasure of meeting Antonio again at the Catalina location. The Catalina facility is much larger and has been upgraded with a new IT system. As always, Antonio was very professional, detail-oriented, and took the time to thoroughly show me around and explain everything. I was truly glad to reconnect with him, as he is someone you can always rely on with confidence. He and his team will definitely be there for you!
