I actually was very happy with my first experience with Extra Space Storage today. I recently moved and I have a great many things that no longer serve me and I need to give them away. However, during this time of Covid 19 the usual organizations that accept donations of clothing and household items are not open, it makes it impossible to give them away. The items will help many women who might want to refresh their wardrobe without having to spend large amounts of money, to pick up quality, slightly worm clothing. So I need a place to store them an other items that are for safekeeping. I was looking for a storage facility near me, in addition my son told me that he had a very pleasant experience himself with this company. So, I made the call and I'm very glad that I did. I was able to reserve the unit that I wanted online, the process was painless and didn't take but a few minutes of my time. Once the selection was made I received a call from one of the managers. My conversation with Steve was totally painless and I actually signed the contract and made my first payment over the phone. It was over the phone to help keep everyone safe . I appreciated that effort due to the times we are living in it was important for me to see that this company was following guidelines of protection for their employees and customers. I have to mention that the cost of the space for me was really important and I received a unit that is half of the cost of what I would pay elsewhere. So all in all I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend that as you research your next storage space that you look at Extra Space as a real possibility.

I first met Scott Young at the Centinela facility . I found him to be extremely knowledgeable. He told me all about ESS?s facilities and benefits. When he mentioned the LaCienega facility, which is closer to where I live, I immediately signed up. Since relocating there, I have found him to be extremely professional, patient and considerate. You couldn?t have a better storage manager!

I 've been keeping all my things in this storage place for a few years and I have always been extremely happy not only with customer service but also with the space itself. The building is extremely well protected, and very well taken care off. Always super clean. The past manager Tina and the current one Scott are very friendly, extremely approachable, very professional and they make this company look really good. Scott has great social skills and he's on top of everything. I love when companies treat customers with so much respect. I just left my unit because I'm moving to another country and I was reimbursed within a few hours. Highly recommend it!!!
