I tell all my friends about this place. This is the only location I rent from over a year now, but the employee here is what elevates the whole experience. She has been here a long time and knows the business inside out and can respond to any issue from loss of keys (like me sob) to earthquake to payment issues you name it. Thank you and Extra Storage people, please take care of this lady who works here she is the gem of any company. Precious human connection. And my items are in GOOD hands. I’m abroad now and I sleep well at night.

Very satisfied with this facility and the location is fantastic as I live nearby. The sign-up process was smooth and easy, all done online at their site, and I was provided with everything I needed. Also, the app is great, you can use it to open the gate.
