We started renting a unit at 1533 Cummins Dr. In Modesto back in 2023. The facility is kept very clean and scured. We had a very pleasant experience. Samantha was very helpful.

In the moved in date the elevator was out paid 4 months in advance put me on the 2nd floor had to miss work to move out of my current storage unit Extra Space reimbursed me $5 horrible!! So got a reply back to call Extra Space for compensation spoke with Vanessa district mgr told her my situation and she said no additional compensation. What a waste of of time! Would never refer or rent from Extra Soace again! Poor poor service!!
