Alex was so friendly and gave a us tour of the location. We needed to view several units to compare size and we had questions about best options for the type of storage we needed. First of all, i think your marketing/sales are maliciious, or dishonest at least. You quoted me a price then after i get a moving truck of stuff stored raised the price $60 with no advance notice. Knowing that it would be difficult to move before billing. Then i have autopay, if autopay does not coincide with my payday or other bills also deducting I get harassing calls while im at work, emails and texts until i manually pay the bill. If i would have known all this i would have NEVER shored my belongings there
