Very easy reservation process and very smoothe move-in. Always available to help and help I needed was very rapid. So reasonably priced that I don't know why I haven't moved with Extra Space Storage. I'm so happy with my experience.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. My unit along with a few others were broken into, and the way it was handled was absolutely atrocious. They "put stuff back" in my unit...it was full of disgusting, dirty, stained underwear and clothes that smelled HORRIBLE. If you tossed random items back into my unit, how do I know MY stuff wasn't put back into other lockers? So I may have stuff that wasn't stolen, but tossed into another person's locker. They left a ton of belongings in the hall for us to look through and claim...but it's literally just left out in the open for ANYONE to take. Why wouldn't they take it to a secure location for people to go through? Jude told me the district manager or whatever her title is told her to do it that way, I asked for her to call me. The area lead called me (she was incredibly pleasant and empathetic), she heard me out and told me she would have her boss call me...that lady never did. I am beyond upset, beyond appalled. My advice? Do NOT use this storage facility, unless they come up with better security and a better protocol for future possible break ins, and take accountability for their mistakes.
