Management at this location is awesome, but some staff are not very helpful or courteous. When making reservations online for a unit, reservation does not mean they'll hold it. They'll give it away if they need to which is unfair as reservations usually mean it's held for you. If you call what ever you do avoid Cameron as he is unhelpful ans just has no customer service skills or care for customers. I have been a tenant here for years and remember when Chris was the manger and d he other gentleman who always put customers first and went the extra mile to ensure are problems and concerns where addressed for now it seems that that is no longer the case. They're only getting two stars because I love the care and attention that the manger has otherwise it would be a 1 star review
