The customer service at this location is 10/10. I just had come from a terrible storage company that I was told not to use on the property from someone else. The Richmond extra space storage made me feel safe, comfortable, and allowed time for any questions. The people who own it are beyond kind. I would highly recommend this storage unit to others.

It is a large property with very many lockers of varying size and accessibility. Even the ones with hallway access are quite accessible for most things. You’d only need a locker with direct access if you’re storing car or boat etc. The managers are a very nice married couple who have managed the same lot since it opened. I can see they take pride in their service and they are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Signup was easy and efficient. All of my questions were answered completely. The app makes it easy to manage your account and even access the property. Whether you give a thumbs up ????or not, I hope you found this review helpful.

This property is very cost friendly.. the location of this property is spot on , right off the freeway exit. 1000% convenient then other storage properties further down in the city. Also our big trucks and small vans have easy family access. The managers Mr. And Misses Andre and Chistine Sims. They are very carring and good people. Excellent property management.
