I have been storing with extra space for a few months now and let me say they are phenomenal! Great prices and FANTASTIC customer service! Let me give a shout out to Stacy! My car was unfortunately stolen in a very dramatic way, and my storage unit keys were inside! Stacy helped me last minute before closing and got me a new lock on my unit! Without her help I don’t know what I would’ve done! Thank you Stacy for being so helpful and awesome! Customer service is A1 ??

Stacey is fabulous! She met me today and walked me through accessing my storage unit! She is very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to help me! The storage units and facilities are very clean and conveniently located near elevators for the second and third floors. I thought I posted this months ago! But I didn't and I had to get a second storage unit today. I worked with Monica this time and she was equally as kind and very helpful! I chose the facility for a second unit because of the service I received here! I have not had any problems since renting the first unit 5months ago! It is just as clean and very easy to access.

I recently rented a space online at Extra Space Storage, and when I arrived to check out the space, I asked if I could swap out to a ground floor unit. Monica made it happen, and also let me know about payment options to lock in my rate. The facility is super clean, feels safe and secure, and is very well run by manager Monica. She is an absolute gem.
