I spoke with Sara over the phone and we had some initial complications with my unit but she handled everything wonderfully and was very responsive, helpful, warm, and friendly. Due to some issues, she was even able to compensate me for part of my rental to make up for the inconvenience. Overall a lovely experience.

The staff is top notch. They are so much better than public storage. My gripes are that the app doesn't work to open elevators or entry doors. I love the idea of key less entry. My second gripe is there is no map of the units anywhere. Third gripe is they encourage online purchasing but it's impossible currently to complete a purchase. It tells you that you need to fill out all boxes even though you have. Please try to test stuff while in the alpha stage. Your programmers are not up to the task. You feel like mouse in a maze. If they fixed my gripes this place would be 10 out of 10. It's super clean and affordable.
