I have had my storage unit for 8+ years and it was finally time to let my unit go. This company has always accommodated me when I needed assistance and I have never had any problems. I appreciate your staff, especially Ian. He is very professional, and very helpful when I had questions or needed assistance. Thank you Extra Space Storage. Where to start? First impression of this place is, not the best as it’s really hidden and next to the freeway. The property is decent maintained. On the other hand the guy that helped us out IAN was really cool with us. He helped us and explained to us everything we needed to know. Only leaving 4 stars dude to the fact that no elevator on site. But other than that, all credit given to IAN. Thanks a lot!!

I’ve had an exterior-access 10’x10’ unit at the San Pablo Riverside Ave location for a while now, and I’ve been very happy with them. The facilities are clean, I haven’t seen or dealt with anything sketchy on the property, and Ian in the office has been very helpful. Importantly, it seems the prices are the best around. I can definitely recommend this location!

I recently had a terrific experience with ExtraSpace storage in El Sobrante. The padlock on my unit would not open and Ian in the office helped me with some WD 40 and my lock opened. After we opened the lock Ian pointed out that it was corroded and he suggested it might cause me trouble in the future. And then, to my surprise Ian said "here, have a new lock on us!" That was such sweet thing to do and I really appreciated it. Thanks Ian and ES for your kindness in this regard. Also, I appreciate the recent site upgrades, including the new paint job and new code entry stations inside and outside the facility.
