We had to unexpectedly move from where we were living, and needed a place for our stuff while we were buying our first home. The manager Ian there was amazing. He started helping right away by recommending I get a larger unit than I had selected at first. I thought that he was just trying to up-sell me, but after talking with him for a while, I realized he genuinely cared to make sure we were well taken care of. He made sure we had the unit we needed, all the moving supplies, and just made everything easy. He was also available whenever we needed help. If I ever need another storage unit, I’ll be coming back to this location, even though it would be farther from where we live now, and I’ve already recommended this location to friends!
