He took the time to carefully measure everything with me, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood my options so I could choose the space that best fit my needs. James is always professional, patient, and incredibly polite. He never rushes the process and genuinely cares about helping customers find the right solution. His friendly attitude and willingness to help make every interaction a pleasure. He's only at this location from time to time, but whenever he is there, we're always happy to see him.
