Everything was great from check in to checking out of my unit. Property was always clean and Michael was great, professional and understanding each step. I will continue using Extra Space Storage if i ever need it again.

Mike was a nice surprise in a very hectic time for me, Michael has been extremely curious and helpful. I have had a very stressful few days while moving so when it came time for a storage I was dreading trying 5o find one. Instead I got a truly nice guy thank you for being you! Part 2 a year later unfortunately I quit my job and therefore I had a hard time paying the bill every month they worked with me is best as they could possibly do and I I didn't expect to have somebody actually care about me getting my stuff back my unit was about to go up for auction and Michael called me and he and I worked out something and I was able to get my stuff back I believe that he went above and beyond anything that he had to do. Especially a storage facility has never given any kind of consideration or concern of their tenants that I've ever seen and I really do appreciate the fact that I got my stuff back. Not everybody will be able to work something out with them if they have to move but I do appreciate what he did for me it was within the scope of his abilities but it does mean a lot that I got my stuff back cuz this is all the stuff I have left in this world again thank you Michael and your crew I hope in my future if I ever need storage again I still will be able to utilize your services you have been great thank you again

Once I got the information and finally got into the space, I am very satisfied with my experience with Extra Space. The yard is spacious and I am happy that my space is on the 1st floor with easy access.
