There are many places to store my stuff in Sacramento. Why did I go with Extra Space Storage? The PROFESSIONAL customer service. The manager lives on site, they have someone take your call and ask about your situation, and if I have a problem they address it right away. I flip couches and they have been very reasonable about everything and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended.

Reyna and David were so professional and awesome. They showed me what I was buying. They went over, what would fit and what wouldn't, and made themselves completely available e They listed all of my options and gave me the best price possible. The storage is clean and safe. Great service. It was incredibly easy to set up - my unit was available within about 15 minutes of making the call - and everyone I spoke to was super helpful and friendly. I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys.

Just want to tell you guys about my experience at Extra Space my associate was Reyna Torres she had great customer service and helped me me very quickly n was knowledgeable about every unit when it came to finishing up the rental agreement we found out the unit had already been taken I didn't mind bc I just needed a place to move my stuff so we agreed on a slightly larger unit she was very apologetic I truly was okay with it anyway after everything was all done about a hr or so later she called back stating that the unit i was looking for is now available n to come in and resign for it. All I have to say is she had great customer service and went the extra mile??

Needed a place to store my carpet cleaning equipment... I went to a few places just to check the location and stuff. Came into Extra Space Storage and Reyna was the best!! I threw a questions at her and she had answers! Her personality made me feel like this was the right place to be. I will pick up and drop off my equipment daily, so I wanna be at a place that has friendly faces and people that are cool and you can tell they're being themselves! Reyna made my decision! You rock!!

This was my first experience renting a storage unit. I picked this place based on location and online reviews. Reyna answered all of my questions and helped me secure the best size for what I was bringing in. On move-in day, the person in the office (forgot his name) was very kind in helping my husband navigate the property and get stuff settled in. Property looked clean and secure.

From I-5 South- exit Florin Road East. Go 1 mile East onto Florin Rd. Go down Florin Rd through two stoplights. You will pass us on the left hand side. At the next light, next to the Arco, make a U - Turn and about half a block down you can pull into our parking lot. We are right across from the CVS at the corner of Florin Rd and Freeport Blvd
Directions from the South
From I-5 North- exit Florin Road East. Follow the right hand curve onto Florin Rd. Take Florin Rd about a mile down. You will pass us on your left hand side. Continue to the next stop light next to Arco. Make a U-Turn and in about half a block, you can pull into our parking lot. We are directly across from the CVS at the corner of Florin Rd and Freeport Blvd.
Directions from the East
If you are coming from the east, Take Highway 99 to Florin Rd West. Follow Florin Rd heading west like you're driving to I-5. You will pass over Franklin Blvd, passing the 99 Ranch parking lot. Continue down Florin Rd. We will be on your right hand side just before Freeport Blvd. We are right across from the CVS.
Directions from the West
From the West you'll want to head down Florin Rd like you're headed toward Hwy 99. Just after Freeport Blvd, you will pass us on your left hand side. Continue to the next traffic light next to the Arco and make a U- Turn. About half a block back you will be able to pull into our parking lot.
