Alicia at ExtraSpace storage was a life saver! I moved out of my apartment at UC Davis and had to uber to the facility, the driver was rude and put all my stuff out the car in the parking lot outside the gate. Alicia was patient and helpful moving my stuff from the parking lot into the gated area, she helped me with an issue with my account, helped carry and load my things, and even found the quickest route to my unit. I was headed to the airport after and she let me keep my luggage in the office all while we moved my stuff; if I could give beyond five stars I would! A really great facility and even nicer staff.

Came to this storage place today to check out the unit I rented and realize I had mistakenly rented a unit on the second floor. I went into the office and Michael working at the front desk was amazing! Super helpful and got my unit moved to the first floor.

Super quiet, super clean! Not usually super busy, so there is usually lots of space for parking and unloading! I can't remember the name of the lovely man who runs the office, but he is so sweet and helpful! Very knowledgeable! I am very happy with my experience and definitely recommend storing your stuff here!
