So glad I found this spot! I was tasked by my family to find a space to fit my grandmas furniture and didn’t want to get something that was too big. I called Extra Space and Andel helped me find the perfect unit! I described the basics of what I was looking to store and he helped me get a space that was the perfect fit. Highly recommend this spot for great value and even better service!

Extra Space in West Sac was super easy to work with! They had reasonable prices, and great units! The lady who helped me at the end of my rental, Brandy, provided the best customer service experience I’ve ever had! She helped me greatly and was so pleasant to speak with! I would recommend this storage place to anyone!

What is there I was writing a review about extra stores if people are awesome and if you need a place to store your stuff this is the place to come to me and they're very helpful man they're affordable and it work with your man giving him a try

I had a great experience using this Extra Space Storage location! It was super easy to sign up and all of the staff on site are exceptionally kind and provide great customer service. I would recommend that anyone use this facility.

Andel was extremely helpful and quick with the service.

I have a unit at this storage location and find it to be a nice place in comparison to all other storage locations. I will say though that the name is a bit misleading. I have the unit that we selected and paid for, only I have not been able to find any extra space. We spent a ton of time trying to locate a lever or something to open maybe a false wall, but to no avail. We even put all our books out of the boxes and placed them on our stored book shelf in hopes that one of the books could act like a secret switch to a secret passageway to extra space. Well, It is what it is.

My experience with Extra Space Storage was exactly how I thought it would be, Miss Torres was outstanding very knowledgeable as she walked me through the property and explained everything about it. Any questions that I had she was willing to answer, providing me with a great experience.
