I had booked a unit with the impression that I would be able to move in immediately with the rapid move-in the website said they offered, after making my payment I was then given a noticed that I would have to wait till Monday to go into the office and show id because this location did not offer that service. Mind you this was on a Saturday and wr needed to be moved out by Monday. I was then told the only way I could get my money back before hand was to make another reservation and pay for that one and then they could reverse my first payment,so I did make another reservation yet still never got my refund , I have called my bank and they have no pending refund from them and when I have called to let them know what my bank said they reassured me that the refund had cleared on their end now its 6 days later and still no refund and now they said they have to make a ticket to have this problem resolved? Super frustrating ?? They need to make it clear on their website which locations offer rapid move-in before payment tso I guess ill just have to wait till they figure it out which is what I was told when I called

Walked in today to move to a bigger unit and wasn’t sure what to expect. New manager there such a good dude! Made the process easy to move from one unit to the next, showed me the unit, answered my questions, and made the process so easy. Keep this guy around!!
