Some very good things: first, staff here has been consistently excellent - helpful, responsive, courteous and personable. They deserve a shout out cause they deal with a lot! My unit was clean, well lit and climate controlled - cool in summer, warm in winter. The not so good things are the price, which doubled after three months. I probably wouldn’t have been in such a hurry to vacate but for the rental cost. The exit door was inoperative for several months so we had to punch the code on the outside entrance to get out, and if there were a lot of vehicles in the parking bay it could be difficult to get out. That’s fixed now but IMHO it took months too long. One of the elevators was also out of commission for some time. It is working now, however. It is located amid a hot spot of homeless activity. I never had any problems, but it’s worth mentioning so you know what to expect going in.
