The manager of this facility is trying to sell, at auction, junk he has pieced together from items collected from other storage units—at a higher price. What’s most surprising is that he’s trying to profit from it rather than simply get rid of his trash. If he’s not satisfied with the price, he cancels the auction and starts over. It’s a shame, because there used to be honest managers here.

Facilities were great when I first moved in, but the quality has gone downhill fast. The garage doors are constantly broken, leaving only one entrance/exit and it’s often blocked. The bathroom is regularly locked even during posted open hours, the carts are frequently missing or stolen, and there are now people living in their cars inside the facility with their dogs. Management really needs to do a full safety and maintenance sweep. On top of that, my rent has increased over 150% in a year, while the conditions continue to get worse. Extremely disappointing compared to how it used to be. Update: I went back a couple of months ago and was able to rework a deal and move units for a better price. The facilities had the regional manager there and you can tell things have taken a much better turn. A lot of the items listed above seemed to be getting handled.
