My first impression of Extra Space Storage in Sacramento was that it was very neat and clean outside. No homeless campers like I see around other storage places. But the real plus for this location is Tasha, the Store Manager. Very pleasant and knowledgeable about all aspects of the site. She helped locate two 10 X 15 rooms and supplied the cylinder locks, then helped me set up the app that opens the gates. Tasha is a jewel and I'm so grateful for all her help in getting me set up. Of all the possible storage sites in Sacramento, this is the best you will find. Update - three months after my initial experience, I had a sudden need for a small 5 X 5 space. I called the B Street location, and Tasha quickly secured a space for me. I came by that afternoon to see it and place a lock on it. Suddenly there's Tasha, leading me to the elevator and showing how to use the app to access the elevator. Then she took me directly to my new space. Now that's great service!
