During office hours, the facility's rental office is open and you can access your storage unit. During gate hours, you are still able to enter with a personalized access code to access your unit but the office will be closed. Is there a minimum rental period for storage units?
At minimum, you can rent a storage unit for one month. Extra Space Storage rental agreements are renewed on a month-by-month basis and can be canceled at any time.
