We had a wonderful experience with Britt at Extra Space Storage. She was so kind, patient, and helpful as we navigated adding a Power of Attorney to an existing account. She was incredibly understanding and empathetic about our situation and made the whole process much easier. We were also impressed by how Britt interacted with other tenants. She knew people by their first names and was genuinely warm and friendly with everyone who came in.
