I rented here for over a year and the management changed during that time, which normally isn’t a problem because it seemed like the new manager was much better than the last. When I gave my official notice to leave my unit. I was explained the process of billing which I followed. And now apparently my last month’s payment is in collections. I called to get clarification because of course no one wants a bill in collections, the woman on the phone explained she needed to look into it and would get back to me in a month later I’ve never heard from anyone. Be very explicit upon your departure on the rules and steps before leaving.
