I can't say enough great things about my experience at Extra Space Storage and it's all thanks to Anthony. From the moment I walked through the door he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. It's not often that you come across someone who genuinely enjoys helping people but Anthony is definitely one of those rare employees who goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a positive experience. I had several questions about storage unit sizes, pricing, access hours, and the rental process, and Anthony patiently answered every single one without making me feel rushed. He took the time to explain all of my options in detail helping me choose the unit that best fit my needs instead of trying to upsell me on something I didn't need. His honesty professionalism, and knowledge made the entire process incredibly easy and stress free. What impressed me the most was Anthony's attention to detail and his commitment to excellent customer service. He made sure I understood everything before I left including how to access my unit, the security features of the property, and the best ways to protect and organize my belongings while in storage. He anticipated questions before I even had to ask them which showed how experienced and dedicated he is. The facility itself was spotless, well lit, secure, and very well maintained. Anthony clearly takes pride in keeping everything clean and organized and it really shows. Knowing that my belongings are being stored in a place that is cared for so well gives me a great deal of peace of mind. Throughout my visit Anthony remained friendly, patient, respectful, and genuinely interested in making sure I was completely satisfied. Customer service like this has become harder to find and it's refreshing to meet someone who truly values the people they are helping. He turned what I expected to be a stressful task into an enjoyable and smooth experience. Because of Anthony, I will absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a trustworthy storage facility. Employees like him a huge asset to the company, and he deserves recognition for the outstanding work he does every day. Thank you Anthony for your professionalism, kindness, and dedication. You made this one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time and I truly appreciate everything you did to help me.
