I have been working with the staff at the Tennessee Street facility in Vallejo, California. They are wonderful!! They know me by name and are always responsive to my questions and needs. Using the storage services was very easy. I stored my mom's belongings for three years, and everything was safe, secure, and clean. I loved that the storage facility has a website to log in to update information and show the gate code and unit number, to name a few features. My mom moved into her new apartment today, so we no longer need the services.
