Adam is a very helpful and attentive manager. I see him in the office and on the grounds of the facility. I would give him 5 stars for his work ethic and caring nature. I am, however disappointed in the company for raising the rent $40 per month for my unit just because it is what the market will allow at this time. No improvements were done to require the increase. They did it just because they could, despite having loyal customers. So they will have to get that extra rent from someone else because I gave my notice and am moving out.

Adam helped my elderly mom move her belongings in and he’s been nothing but kind and accommodating since. The facility itself is kept clean, easy to get around. Locks are not complicated to use. Good prices and easy location.

For the past 4 months I have been a customer at Extra Space Storage on Sonoma blvd. I have had zero problems with my unit. Anytime I have a concern or question Adam and his colleague Josh are always easily accessible or a phone call away to help resolve my questions. I feel comfortable and can sleep easy at nite knowing my belongings Are secure and under a watchful eye. I couldn’t ask for more in a storage facility and honestly we at extra space are lucky to have Josh and Adam holding it down for us.

I had some concerns with billing and my current space. I contacted them through their corporate site. My case was followed up by a call from Adam? I believe and he was super thorough with answering my questions. Totally helped me out and was super nice to follow up. Most places really don’t care and won’t get back to you at all. It was a nice surprise to get a follow up and resolution to my issues. Thanks!
