This is simply the worst service I have ever experienced. I would never recommend using them to anyone. It’s honestly the most frustrating situation I’ve ever dealt with. Also, why was I required to confirm the vehicle when I brought it in after hours, before 8 PM? Why did no one inform me about this requirement?
