????? We had such a WONDERFUL experience with Extra Space Storage on Tennessee Street in Vallejo! From beginning to end, Brian and Jennifer were absolutely amazing. This is our 2nd time renting at this location and we appreciate them so much! They were attentive, caring, friendly, supportive, and incredibly quick whenever we needed assistance. They truly made us feel valued and taken care of, and their customer service was top-notch! It is so refreshing to deal with people who are not only professional but genuinely kind and willing to help. Although we had an incident on site, they did everything to enhance security and protect our belongings. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful service and care we received with our storage needs. We honestly cannot thank the team enough!
